The Boston Tea Party Skit

April 30, 2010

Skit #2 – the Boston Tea Party

The group did a great job portraying the event – the 3 boys; Nolan, Henry and Ty, played the supposed Indians completed with tomahawks, Sarah was Samuel Adams and lead the group.  I liked Erin speaking as the narrator – it helped get across a lot of information to the students.  Helen did a great job as the tax collector – speaking her lines loud and clear. Molly did a wonderful job saying her line, “No taxation without representation” which was a bit of a tongue twister for her – but she had practiced it at home and said it proudly with confidence.  Rachael was a bit uncomfortable about being on stage but said her lines at the right time.

Bravo to all!
